I cook not to entertain. I cook to celebrate and evoke poetic connection with Mother Earth. I cook to explore the direct healing power and wisdom of Nature and our belonging. I cook to allow the seemingly ordinary be extra-ordinary. I cook to celebrate communion and community. My food is farmers market inspired, organic, gluten-free, plant-based Californian and Global Fusion cuisine. I draw from my passions as Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, Chocolatier, Tea Master, Diet Counselor, Eco Therapist, Labyrinth Facilitator and Artist.
